These are a great, healthy snack when you are craving something sweet but don't want a ton of sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 TB coconut oil
- 1/4 cup homemade applesauce
- 2 TB maple syrup or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1 TB PB2
- 2 TB cacoa nibs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine coconut oil, applesauce, syrup (or sugar) and vanilla
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, PB2 and nibs
- Mix until combined
- Drop by small tablespoonfuls onto Silpat lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
