Breakfast: I didn't do so good on the breakfast, we had a busy morning and I ended up just having a Zone Perfect bar
Lunch: I snacked on some Vegan Zucchini Bread and fruit
Dinner: Cheesy Green Beans & Cauliflower - Delish!!

Breakfast: The usual, shared with my son... Fruit and a hard boiled egg, and more Vegan Zucchini Bread.
Lunch: Leftovers from the night before.
Dinner: Cauliflower & Sausage "Rice. I needed to use up the last of the cauliflower and my spinach expires tomorrow, so this turned out perfect! Wish I would of had a red bell pepper, but it was still great.
