Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (you can sub applesauce or butter, but I strongly recommend trying the yogurt!)
- 4 TB sugar
- 4 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 TB PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (Best stuff ever, but you can use regular PB too)
- 1/2 cup M&Ms
Directions
- Mix butter and sugars together, then add Greek yogurt and stir until smooth
- Add egg and vanilla, stir until well combined
- Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Add M&Ms
- Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet or Silpat
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then remove and place on wire rack to finish cooling
