Ingredients
- 3/4 cup homemade oat flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 TB butter
- 2 TB Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix flours, soda and salt in a bowl, set aside
- Mix butter, yogurt and oil together until smooth
- Add sugars, egg and vanilla until creamy
- Add in flour mixture and chocolate chips and mix until combined
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet or Silpat
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes
