Honey Mustard Marinade



As another Freezer Meal I made up some Honey Mustard Marinade (adapted from this Fabulessly Frugal recipe) and froze some plain, uncooked chicken breasts.  This batch of marinade is enough for 4-6 chicken breasts.  I split it up into 2 bags for 2 meals.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp curry
Directions:
  • Blend all ingredients in food processor
  • Freeze in freezer bags
When ready to use, add to bag with chicken and let marinade or let thaw and marinade while cooking chicken.
