Well, it looks like we've had a change of plans and the kiddos and I will be heading to El Paso, TX sooner than we thought! I will do my best to stay active on here and keep posts coming, but if I am MIA here and there this is why! Lots of planning and packing to do. I am excited to start planning how we will eat healthy on the 4 day road trip down there.
