Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups greens (Spinach/kale)
- 1/2 - 1 Mango
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Pineapple
- Juice from 1 Orange
- Chia Gel (1 TB Chia Seeds soaked in 1/4 cup water for 10 minutes)
Just 157 Calories, 39g of Good Carbs and 4g of Protein.
I used lots of green, you can go lighter on the greens per your taste. Just get 'em in there!
