Regrowing Green Onions

I cannot tell you how excited I am that my green onions are regrowing so quickly and so well!

I will have a much better indoor garden once we move and I actually have a window ledge with sunlight.  For now, this is what I can do.  Looking into other indoor things I can grow and/or regrow.
