Ok, so these may not be The World's Healthiest Cookies, but that's what the original recipe was called so I figured I would stick with it. These were incredibly tasty, super low calorie and pretty darn healthy. Oh, and the kids LOVED them.
Ingredients
- 4 TB coconut flour
- 4 TB mashed banana (or applesauce)
- pinch of salt
- 1 TB maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 TB almond milk
- Chocolate chips - optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Add banana (or applesauce).
- Add milk 1 TB at a time until well combined
- Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet (or silpat)
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes
