I was really craving some chocolate today... And these hit the spot perfectly.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup plus 1/2 cup oat flour
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 TB coconut sugar
- 4 TB sugar
- 2 TB cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TB coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients and mix well
- Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips and fix until a ball forms.
- Chill dough for 10+ minutes in fridge
- Place by rounded tablespoonfuls onto Silpat lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes, remove and let sit on baking sheet for at least 10 minutes
