Ingredients
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup grated apple
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then add to dry
- Stir until combined
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lined baking sheet or Silpat
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, let cool on wire rack
