Berry Chia Jam

This has got to be the best jam, ever.  No sugar added.  You could even skip cooking it and make Raw Jam.



Ingredients
  • 1lb Strawberries
  • 1/2 pint Blueberries
  • 6oz Raspberries
  • 2 TB Chia Seeds
Directions
  • Mash berries with potato masher
  • Pour into pot and simmer until desired consistency
  • Add chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes
  • That's it, you're done. Enjoy!
