Breakfast: Just some scrambled eggs with onions, garlic, highly processed ham (which I quickly regretted... Yuck.  Processed foods just don't taste like they used to!  I was thinking Denver Omelet style, but did not work out well) and a sprinkle of Parm cheese.
Lunch:
I wasn't feeling too great after the "ham" in the morning, so I just snacked on some fruit and crackers and cheese.

Dinner: Delicious Salad.  Spinach, chicken, hard boiled eggs, croutons and salad dressing.
