My Green Smoothie today, for Meal 3.
Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup Blackberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/2 Banana
1 TB
Goji Berries
A full glass, just 131 calories.
